The purpose of this procurement is to retender this provision which will now consist of the following two elements in one Framework Agreement, over a maximum term of four years: - Lot 1: Quantitative Research - Lot 2: Qualitative Research Bidders can apply to be included either for Lot 1 and / or Lot 2 and it is intended to qualify a minimum of 4 consultants across both Lots of the framework. Consultancy support through this Framework Agreement will be required to help TfWM (Transport for West Midlands), part of the WMCA, to understand how customers perceive the strengths and weaknesses of the transport offer and which aspects of new scheme investment generates increased usage and improved levels of satisfaction.
