These applications are currently managed by the teams that developed the applications. Applications are transitioning into support. The structure, processes and resources within the existing teams needs to meet the ongoing support requirement. The existing applications and services need to be supported during transition to the live services and ongoing support is required. At the same time the support of the application maintenance and support of all applications needs to be formalised, maintained and supported.
