There will also be times where we may have specific technical questions where we will require expert advice. Suppliers are required to have a detailed working knowledge of the main regimes identified as essential in the lot they are bidding for. Within this procurement, four contracts were awarded across three lots: - For Lot 1 (one contract), a working knowledge of the EU Emissions Trading System is essential. A working knowledge of the Climate Change Agreements would also be advantageous. A working knowledge of the Energy Savings Opportunity Scheme, F-Gas and Ozone Depleting Substances regulations and the Carbon Offsetting and Reduction Scheme for International Aviation would be desirable. - For Lot 2 (two contracts), a working knowledge of the Energy Savings Opportunity Scheme is essential, a working knowledge of the Climate Change Agreements, CRC Energy Efficiency scheme and EU Emissions Trading System would be advantageous. - For Lot 3 (one contract), detailed technical knowledge in any of the sectors or industries we administer and regulate is essential.
