We are looking for an established, innovative provider, who will be responsible for the co-ordination and delivery of all community services, inclusive of all ages, across the East Staffordshire geographical footprint. The successful provider will need to ensure stability and rigour in the delivery of high quality, sustainable services as they are today, whilst also working to progress towards the vision for integrated community services in the Staffordshire and Stoke on Trent STP and the NHS Long Term Plan. The contract is for a period of two years with an option to extend for up to one year. This contract is for a maximum of £9,166,490 per annum (based on 2019/20 prices) which will be adjusted for future inflation and efficiency in line with NHS national guidance. This is a Block Arrangement which means the overall fixed value will not be adjusted for changes in Activity levels. Additional information: Light Touch Regime' services: This procurement is for clinical services which are Light Touch Regimeservices for the purpose of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 as specified in Schedule 3 of the Regulations ('Regulations'). Accordingly, the contracting authorities are only bound by those parts of the Regulations detailed in Chapter 3 Particular Procurement Regimes Section 7. The contracting authorities are not voluntarily following any other part of the Regulations. The procedure which the contracting authorities are following is set out in the ITT documents.
