Organisations with the requisite experience and capability are invited to confirm their interest in bidding to deliver the Service by completing a Selection Questionnaire ('SQ'). The Council intends to select from the organisations that submit completed SQs in order to create a shortlist of potential bidders to whom it will issue an Invitation to Tender.
