The grounds under this contract will be maintained for eighteen months post practical completion before being handed over to the Authority for public use. The project has 3 lots: - Lot 1 Groundworks, drainage and soft landscaping - Lot 2 Hard Works: primary access road and secondary footpath network - Lot 3 All works under Lot 1 and Lot 2: Groundworks, drainage and soft landscaping, Hard Works: primary access road and secondary footpath network Bidders are invited to bid for either Lot 1 or Lot 2 or for both Lots which will be Lot 3. Bidders should clearly state which Lot(s) they are bidding for by completing document 'Lot Confirmation Form'.
