It is for disrepair and other work not covered by the term responsive repairs contract. The lots are 1) general building works and repairs, Lot 2 ) Roofing works, Lot 3) Damp and water ingress investigation and analysis, Lot 4) Damp remediation. It is essential that all contractors appointed on the framework are willing to carry out works of all values. Works of less than £20k per order will be issued as a direct call off and you must be willing to carry out these lower value works. You will need to bid for works of more than this via a mini-competition. If appointed failure to adhere to this will result in suspension/removal from the framework. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
