This may be the first time these people have taken the role of employer and they need to be made aware of their legal responsibilities. The successful Contractor will be required to support Service Users by setting up, renewing and administering annual Employer Liability Insurance policies, and by delivering appropriate legally based HR information, advice and guidance, appropriate training to ensure that their legal responsibilities as employers are met. Further details can be found in the Service Specification. The Council has a maximum rate of £130 per policy for the service, and The Council shall reject any bid(s) exceeding this limit. The Contract will commence on 6 April 2021 and will continue until 5 April 2023, with an option to extend for 12 months from 5 April 2023 until 5 April 2024. Suitably qualified and experienced persons and organisations are invited to express an interest in quoting for the above service.
