The Contractor will need to be fully compliant with all Health and Safety regulations and any other industry requirements. In summary, the scheme intends to provide; • 2no. new bedrooms and ensuite wetroom/s to garage space • 2no. bedrooms to share a new ensuite wetroom facility. • Modify front driveway to form a minimum of 5 parking spaces • Alterations to form a larger communal lounge. • Single storey extension to form dining space off the refurbished kitchen.
