Using the finest ingredients, including Cornish clotted cream, the confections are made following traditional recipes with open copper pans over direct heat. We are looking to invest in a new chocolate production line and this procurement exercise relates to this investment. The purchase of this system is part of a grant funded application process and therefore procurement will be subject to grant approval of the project as a whole. Additional information: We have published four separate tenders; BIGTP029 - ITT purchase of ancillary kitchen equipment, BIGTP029\_2 - ITT purchase of a conche /refiner, BIGTP029\_4 - ITT purchase of a chocolate depositing line, BIGTP029\_3 - ITT purchase of chocolate temperer. These separate machinery investments will work together forming a single production line. We would welcome tender responses for any of these elements from the same supplier but this would require them responding to each tender separately. ## CPV classification Chocolate and sugar confectionery Source Contracts Finder (UK) [View official notice](https://www.contractsfinder.service.gov.uk/notice/104ccc86-c2e3-4f8d-b0ec-96754b13911b) Never miss a tender like this again Get AI summaries, deadline alerts and a bid pipeline for tenders matched to your business.
