Roofing Approved contractors. The works are to supply and install a new flat roof felt system as specified with insulation. Existing falls to be maintained. This will entail completely stripping off the existing felt and any insulation. Prepare the substrate. Supply and install new flat roof system. Alterations as necessary to rain water drainage and flashing details to upstands, increase upstands, roof penetrations and perimeter trims. It is on this basis that we invite suitable contractors to provide a full turn-key project compliant quotation, to deliver this project within set time scales. The works to commence on Monday 11th January 2021 and to be fully completed by Friday 19th February 2021. Before tendering, contractors must arrange to carry out a site inspection.
