The duties of the role will include supporting the Authority in development of capital projects for business cases as required (SOC, OBC and FBC) and acting as the Trust appointed P22 Cost Advisor during the construction period of any projects that are approved. The Authority has undertaken a P22 PSCP selection process, completed on 26th March 2018, concluding with the selection of IHP. The successful completion of the Trusts first major project (Brant ward GMP £3.2m) was achieved 13th December 2019.
