This contract covers the structural works and internal finishing in readiness for its later fitting-out to provide authentic redisplays of interior spaces including a Victorian Railway Parcels Room, Waiting Room, Ticket Office and the Station Master's Kitchen and Parlour. The procurement is being managed by North Yorkshire County Council on behalf of The Trust. This procurement follows a previous procurement for the restoration of Leeming Bar Station which was not awarded. The scope of the specification has been altered.
