EDDC will appoint a rope access contractor on an independent and separate contract. Annual rope access inspections take place at four cliff sites including: Sidmouth - Connaught Gardens Cliff; Beer - East Beach Cliffs; Budleigh Salterton - East Beach Cliffs; Seaton - West Walk Cliffs. A separate scope and price is required for the supervision of annual rope access inspection of West Beach cliffs in Beer. These cliffs are not owned by EDDC and the cost of these inspections is subject to approval by the landowner.
