This will support significant business and technological change programmes at its three tunnel assets in SE England (Hindhead, Roundhill and Southwick). The successful consultant is expected to provide a multi-disciplinary team with the required breadth of technical expertise and business change experience to support Highways England's strategic ambitions for its tunnel estate.
