Several areas of the institute have been identified as critical and need to be supported. The Contractor will provide Mechanical, Electrical & General building support services at NIBSC during this period of uncertainty. They are able to provide small works services for the continuous upkeep of our ageing buildings. The ability to call upon them in an emergency for repairs i.e roof leaks, H & S, electrical installations is imperative at this time.
