[More contracts for small businesses and VCSEs](https://tendernation.io/opportunities/for-small-businesses) ## About this tender A requirement of HTM02-01 and the Pressure System Safety Regulations is that the estates department should have accurate and up to date drawings of the MGPS showing main sections and branches, departments served, control valves, terminal units and alarm systems for each medical gas service. A schematic diagram of the installation should also be provided. In addition to this each isolating valve and AVSU should be individually identified by a unique reference number. The appropriate reference number, corresponding to that shown on the drawings, should be displayed at or on each isolating valve. The drawing should indicate the type and make of terminal units. The Trust therefore requires fixed costs for the following: - Provision of a full set of 'As-Fitted' drawings of the medical gas pipeline systems - A full set of schematic drawings of each medical gas system including AGSS - A full set of isometric drawings of each medical gas system including flow rates - Each isolating valve and AVSU to be fitted with a Traffolyte tag/label with a unique reference number and in accordance to HTM02-01 Appendix K. - Install new valve locks to existing Line valves. - Verify all existing AVSU keys and replace any missing as required. - Provide 2 x new key cabinets (1 x for AVSU and 1 x for Line Valves) complete with an AVSU and Valve schedule.
