The Contractor should ensure that they have included for any costs associated with current Government restrictions surrounding the Covid-19 crisis. Allowances should be made on the assumption that the current Government measures, in accordance with the 'Construction Leadership Council's Construction Sector - Site Operating Procedures - Protecting your Workforce during Coronavirus' document, will be in place for the duration of the Contract.
