TN23 1PP NHS NEL ("The Authority") invites Tenders from suitably qualified organisations for the provision of a cleaning services at Kent House The successful tenderer(s) will bring with them an innovative approach to the provision of the services with a focus on delivering a high quality service as well as delivering a cost effective service maximising the opportunity for budget savings throughout the duration of the cleaning service contract. The term of the contract is for two (2) years with a possible extension of one year at the discretion of the Estate Manager. The contract value including the extension period is £128,520.00 Bidders should respond to this opportunity by completing the online questionnaire published on the Authority's e-procurement portal (the "Portal") - ProContract (hosted by Proactis). All clarification requests and correspondence pertaining to this ITT opportunity must be directed through the Portal. Bidders are required to register on the Portal prior to accessing the documentation. Guidance on the registration process is available via the link provided in the links section below.
