The appointment will enable the Highways England Area 10 Asset Delivery (AD) teams to appoint successful partners as well as the support the Procurement teams in Birmingham with the implementation of the other procurement activities. The appointment will enable the targets of completing the above mentioned activities to be completed with current staffing levels.
