This PIN also serves to invite interested parties to register for a Bidders Event. Please note: this PIN is not an invitation to tender, or a request for formal expressions of interest. This notice does not form any part of an invitation to tender (ITT). Any future procurement, and subsequent contract award, will be undertaken in line with the requirements of the Public Contract Regulations 2015 and the Council's Contract Rules; and the resulting contract will run from 1st April 2020 for a maximum of three years to 31st March 2023. CCC (the "Lead Authority") and PCC intend to procure a sexual ill health prevention service. CCC will have delegated authority to commission this service on behalf of PCC. It is planned that the proposed procurement will contain one lot which will include: - Universal education interventions including campaigns and school work ### II. Outreach interventions with high risk groups ### III. Support for vulnerable people living with HIV Potential Providers will be welcome to bid for the service based on the following procurement model(s): - A single provider that bids to deliver all the services themselves; II. A prime provider that proposes sub-contracting some of the services; OR III. A consortium of providers who deliver different elements of the services. Several different providers who each have a contract with either CCC or PCC ('the Councils') deliver the existing services. Following the tender process, a single contract will be awarded; the lead provider will ensure robust activity reporting; KPI and quality performance submissions; and financial returns. The scope and potential value of the contract available is still being agreed.
