This Contract contains routine grounds maintenance operations and works in relation to cemetery burial functions. The cemetery works are on an as required basis and an indication of the level of requirement outlined in the specification This contract shall commence on the 1st November 2019 for an Initial period of five years, expiring on 31st October 2024. The Authority has two optional two year extensions and one optional one year extension (a maximum extension period of five years split 2 + 2 + 1) subject to budget, performance (in compliance with the specification and key performance criteria) and a continued requirement. TUPE does apply to this contract opportunity.
