The DoI seek to engage a suitably qualified and experienced maritime civil engineering consultant to undertake both a sediment and navigation study for two new possible berth locations at Douglas Harbour. The maritime civil engineering Consultant shall also demonstrate a proven track record in fast-time vessel simulation studies for vessels up to 362 metres in length approaching and berthing with and without tug assistance.
