The main scope of works will include 22 light industrial new build units to a shell & core specification. The works will comprise of piled foundations, ground bearing concrete slabs, composite cladding to external walls and roofs and up and over main vehicle entrance doors. The installation of basic mechanical and electrical services will be required as well as connections to mains cold water services. Associated external works will involve drainage, water attenuation, hard landscaping, street furniture and infrastructure (water, electric and telecommunications).
