The requirement was split into the below areas and tendered as three (3) Lots. Tenderers could apply for individual lots, any combination or all Lots: - Lot 1 Volume Print (Prospectuses) - awarded to a single supplier. - Lot 2 Print Support (General Printing Services) - a framework of a three (3) suppliers. - Lot 3 Informative & Promotional Display Print - a framework of three (3) suppliers Call-off for the services required under Lots 2 and 3 will be conducted by further competition. The criteria for the award of each call off Contract will be based on specifics for each project e.g. cost, programme, capacity, turnaround time for completion etc. This Agreement will be available for use by other Public Bodies in Wolverhampton and Partner Authorities in the West Midlands Combined Authority, including but not limited to, City of Wolverhampton Council and Royal Wolverhampton Hospital Trust.
