The research will also investigate the risk associated with individual and combined retrofit measures and assess the need for complimentary technologies to mitigate this risk. The research will include desk-based studies in conjunction with in-situ measurements in occupied and unoccupied homes, laboratory testing of UK building materials and hygrothermal computer simulations. An ITT with the full research requirement will be published in due course.
