Specifically, this includes: • Removal of existing felt roof coverings, insulation and roof-lights • Demolition of a roof mounted tank room • New warm roof with standing seam aluminium roof sheets laid to a shallow pitch • New roof lights • Lightweight steel framing system to support site assembled roof panels • Alterations to hall windows • New fascia, gutters and external downpipes • Below ground connections to existing drainage • Alterations to existing M & E fittings. It is on this basis that we invite suitable contractors to provide a full turn-key project compliant quotation, to deliver this project within set time scales. This is a resubmission of the tender that was originally tendered in April.
