Due to funding allocation the surveys are to be spread over a two year period (with an option to extend by a further year). The Council will require that the Condition Surveys are to be carried out by experienced qualified staff. Primarily Building Surveyors (RICS) with Building Services Engineers (CIBSE) and Structural Engineers (MIStructE) support. Data entry may be undertaken by Senior Technician level.
