Additional information: Tenders are invited from organisations that have the resources and ability to undertake the professional services outlined within the Tender Brief. In summary the Council requires the support of a suitably experienced and qualified consultant to develop a Business Improvement District (BID) for Burnley town centre. Please refer to the Tender Brief enclosed for a detailed description of the scope of services required. The proposed Contract period is expected to commence in January / February 2019 until the completion of the process which is expected to be by end of 2019.
