The Council is willing to consider bids from separate suppliers of banking and merchant acquiring services and tenderers are invited to bid for either or both of these Lots. The new contracts will have the following durations: - Lot 1 Banking: an initial period of 7 years, with the option to renew for a further 3 years. - Lot 2 Merchant Acquiring: an initial period of 3 years, with the option to renew for a further 2 years.
