This service is required on a business-as-usual basis but the contract will also ensure the contractor can meet APHA's increased operation demands in the event of a disease outbreak. The Authority also requires the provision of unique carcase / sample identification numbers which will be held on a Central Spreadsheet (provided by the Authority to the Contractor).
