The Hailsham Aspires area is located in the north east of Hailsham town centre, and currently includes: Vicarage Field Shopping Centre, Hailsham Parish Church, Wealden District Council Offices, the Freedom Leisure Centre, The Charles Hunt Centre, the Hailsham Club and significant car parking areas, as well as parts of the High Street. The overall Masterplan is to create an area within Hailsham town centre that comprises of retail, office / employment, residential, leisure, public realm, civic space and car parking.
