This is a requirement for a Framework to meet the DE&S. Engineering Functions Training requirements. The Framework has three lots (Further Education, Professional Courses and Specialist Engineering Courses). This will be a three year contract with the option to extend for a year. Q2: Does DEFFORM 47, Annex E have to be completed (transport and movement of fuels)? A: Yes, it should be completed but there is an error, it should say 'Provision for Engineering Training Framework CCDT/589'. Q3: DEFFORM 47, Annex A asks if you have completed DEFFORM 68 (Hazardous Articles...) but DEFFORM 68 wasn't provided and I'm only able to answer 'Yes/No'. Is 68 applicable? A: No, you don't need this. Just put 'N/A'. Q4: Is it an open procurement? A: Yes and the tender documents are available on Contracts Finder.
