The services include: programmed maintenance, reactive repairs and maintenance routine, urgent and emergency faults construction of minor works to an estimated value of £ 50,000.00 GBP, associated decorations, maintenance of sanitary plumbing, hot and cold water installations, heating and electrical installations, drainage,internal plumbing. building fabric maintenance electrical inspection and testing, external fabric maintenance, hard landscaping maintenance, locksmith services, mechanical and electrical maintenance, new works / projects, and property fit out, refurbishment and maintenance.
