They will be required to line manage a team of 7 Occupational Therapists each and this role is on a temporary basis for 3 months. The role will not entail a large case load and will instead be focused on the case allocation and performance/quality management of the Occupational Therapists 's in the team. A successful applicant will be a qualified Occupational Therapists, registered with HCPC and hold an enhanced DBS for both adults and children. They will need to have prior leadership and line management experience, ideally in an Adult Social Care setting.
