The existing wall abuts 2 storey Council flat buildings at each end, and the new wall is proposed to be similar, but with deeper foundations. On the east side of the wall, is the Council owned land and buildings of Warsaw Close. On the west side of the wall are various domestic gardens of Glebe Avenue and Weldon Close.
