This will inform a decision on whether Fetal Anomaly Screening Programme should include microarray technology in future procurement work 2 test accuracy for the detection T21, T18 and T13 in twins. At the time of the previous review there was insufficient evidence to make a recommendation in this area. This review aims to establish whether there is now sufficient evidence and to add the most recent evidence to that analysed in the previous review.
