Initially, we are seeking to engage with the market and conduct site visits in order to ascertain what budget will be required to undertake the work. The opportunity will then be tendered. The building itself is Grade II listed, and contractors will need to have experience in working within this environment. There may also be some specialist trades required for completion of the works, most notably on the carpentry elements of the work. Site visits for interested contractors will be held on Wednesday 23rd October 2019. In order to register your interest in this opportunity and book a place on the site visit, please visit [kentbusinessportal.org.uk](https://www.kentbusinessportal.org.uk) and search for project reference DN441645. Once you have expressed your interest, please send the project team a message via the portal requesting the initial information pack. ## CPV classification Special trade construction works other than roof works Source Contracts Finder (UK) [View official notice](https://www.contractsfinder.service.gov.uk/notice/e284992f-e64f-45ca-a935-2d2791032a53) Never miss a tender like this again Get AI summaries, deadline alerts and a bid pipeline for tenders matched to your business.
