Bidders are required to demonstrate how they will also seek to engage with young people who regularly get missed from decision-making processes, e.g. young offenders or vulnerable young people. Bidders should demonstrate how they will tailor bespoke ways of engaging with harder-to-reach young people; hopefully empowering them to ensure that they understand their rights in relation to Policing and Crime issues and to ensure that their voice is being heard.
