The works comprise two separate phases. Phase 1: demolition of existing buildings and the subsequent design and development of the Florian site, the garage site and the associated landscaping and infrastructure works. Phase 2: demolition of existing buildings and the subsequent design and development of the Racine site, the reconstruction of the Estate Road and associated landscaping and infrastructure works.
