The council recognises the need to replace the existing system to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of current processes and to enhance the transparency of the decision-making process. The Council is looking for a software system which will enable it to achieve this. It should have the full functionality required to streamline our processes and be flexible enough to cope with future changes in processes and/or to meet legislative changes affecting the way decisions are made.
