This procurement was conducted in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. The services procured are Schedule 3 Services and Cambridgeshire County Council and Peterborough City Council are bound only by those parts of the regulations applying to the procurement of these services commonly referred to as the Light Touch Regime (LTR).
