Leicester City Council does not any have provision for ad hoc and non-bulk letters for all services to use a hybrid mail solution and these still follow the old traditional manual methods that denotes significant staff resource. In advance of the current contract ending in 2020, a new contract is sought by the Council for all Hybrid Mail requirements for a provider(s) who can fully meet the operational requirements for both bulk and ad hoc documents.
