Please note that the estimated value of the Contract is £40k-£60k. The actual Contract Period is four months. The six-month period stated in this advert includes any possible extension. Transport for London is undertaking this procurement on behalf of the LLDC. The appointed Consultancy Team shall have architecture, urban design, master planning and desktop publishing/document producing expertise as well as development viability expertise.
