The framework was established on the 1st February, 2019 following a competitive tender process. This procurement is inviting tenders from both new applicants or from existing providers who wish to improve their original offers or apply for a place on additional Lots, The Authorities have decided to divide the opportunity into 4 Lots as given below - Lot 1Looked after children, including Separated Children Seeking Asylum (16 to 21 years old) - Lot 2Care leavers (16 years and older) - Lot 3Young people with complex needs (16-21 years old) - Lot 4Parent(s) and child Bidders may apply for one or more Lots. Bidders will not, however, be permitted to tender for part only of any individual Lot.
