The home will be dementia friendly throughout. Demonstration of previous experience in collaborating with a care provider to deliver specialist care home is essential. Site access, logistics and neighbour relations are all relevant factors, with the S278 Works being necessary to undertake before starting the main construction works. It is expected that the Contract duration will be in the region of 72 - 80 weeks and it is expected that for a great deal of this time the adjacent housing site will also be under construction, so collaboration between contractors will be essential. This procurement process is a two stage process and you will only be invited to tender if you have been successful at the Selection Questionnaire (SQ) stage.
