The viability study must be undertaken in accordance with the National Planning Policy Framework 2019 (NPPF), the most up to date National Planning Practice Guidance (PPG) and The Royal Institute of Charter Surveyors (RICS) 'Financial Viability in Planning: Conduct and Reporting, May 2019.The Council uses an electronic tendering tool to manage this procurement and communicate with potential suppliers.
