The Lighthouse Tower, Adjoining Building which houses the Battery Room / Control Room and Welfare / Mess Building are also to be completely refurbished along with the application of protective and decorative coatings to all external and internal elevations of the structures.Materials will be taken to site for renovation / upgrade works by ship and helicopter, and removed upon completion of the works, contractors must ensure materials are packaged correctly for Helicopter operations when supplied to Oban Depot and at the site removal stage. The contractor must adhere to the NLB ship & Helicopter timetable. Please refer to the tender document for more details on the project work.
