EA have legal obligations as the landlord to maintain the properties in a good repair. Previously ITT\_5901 was published covering only 3 lots and it has now been decided to further split the lots into Western and Eastern stretches of the Thames River. - Lot 1 Full Programme of Refurbishment Works at Lock Houses (Lots 2-5) - Lot 2 Discreet Work Package for Replacement Windows and Doors - x6 properties - Lot 3 Discreet Work Package for Replacement Windows and Doors - x5 properties - Lot 4 Discreet Work Package for External Decoration - x6 properties - Lot 5 Discreet Work Package for External Decoration - x7 properties Works to commence: September 2019 and complete by Oct/Nov 2019. EA understand that there will be a lead in time for ordering windows so will be flexible.
