The work may include; • Clearance of properties (Housing and Corporate properties) • Clearance of gardens • Collection of Fly Tipping • Clearance of garages • Cleaning and sanitation services. • Accommodation cleaning services. • Clinical-waste disposal services. • Non-hazardous refuse and waste treatment and disposal services. • Disinfecting and exterminating services. • Refuse skips. • Tree pruning and hedge trimming. • Dismantling of sheds, caravans, play equipment and other similar items If a contractor has insufficient turnover, a bond or guarantee may be required. Successful Tenderers may be required to carry out work/services at any location within the East Riding of Yorkshire. An initial contract duration of 3 years with optional annual renewal up to a maximum total of 5 years. Renewals will be made by and at the sole discretion of the Employer. Estimated total value of Contract £250k per annum. This includes an allowance of £15k for additional clearance and cleaning services not covered by the schedule of rates. There is an additional uplift for fluctuations of £35k over the lifetime of the contract. Estimated maximum potential contract value over 5 years, £1.285m.
